Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient technique that treats a wide variety of health concerns. The human body is capable of powerful healing, and this is the premise that guides acupuncture treatment. We place hair-thin, disposable, sterile needles into the specific energetic points on the body to stimulate a healing energy flow and restore the normal balance of Qi, so the organs and body systems can work together in harmony as intended.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicines are often recommended for certain conditions. As a highly effective form of internal medicine, Chinese herbal medicine offers powerful treatment of most health conditions. Herbs, although natural, are strong, and should be prescribed by certified herbalists. We are nationally board-certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine and are committed to sourcing the safest, highest quality herbs. We absolutely do not use any endangered species in any of our herbal formulas. Please note that Chinese herbal formulas are only available to patients undergoing consultation and treatment at our clinic.
Electro-acupuncture
Electro-acupuncture is the term used to refer to the application of a pulsating electrical current to acupuncture needles. The procedure for electro-acupuncture usually involves the needles inserted as in a traditional treatment, but a small electrode is attached to them. This electrode provides a gentle vibration that stimulates the Qi running through these points. This helps to restore the healthy flow of energy through the body, removing any blockages and clearing out stagnant areas.
Auriculotherapy
Auriculotherapy , also known as ear acupuncture, is a form of oriental medicine based on the idea that the ear is a micro system, which reflects the entire body, represented on the auricle, the outer portion of the ear. Auricular acupuncture can be used for a wide range of indications, and it is especially useful to relieve pain, calm the mind, treat allergies and infectious diseases, regulate endocrine system disorders, and treat chronic disease and functional disorders.
TDP Lamp Therapy
TDP lamp, also known as acupuncture heat lamp, is a specific electromagnetic lamp which is heated by infrared light and produces therapeutic rays to increase microcirculation. The heat can strengthen patient's energy and dispel cold and stagnation which might cause pain. Therefore, the practitioners always use a TDP lamp in acupuncture to keep patient warm, comfortable, and assist acupuncture.
Cupping
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of Traditional Chinese Medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
