I have been struggling with awfully severe dysmenorrhea and polycystic syndrome from day one.
Until the age of 40, I was taking birth control pills to regulate the extreme pain, irregular periods/ POS syndrome, headaches, migraines, and vomiting. I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis, due to the symptomatology, even though it didn't show up on any of the numerable scans I did as it's very hard to detect little tiny pieces of tissue that may also be signs of endometriosis (most likely my case).
Only Dr. Zeng was able to heal me with her Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture. I first came to Dr. Zheng 18 years ago for fertility treatment. I was referred to her by a friend of mine. I had 2 miscarriage and had tried to get pregnant for more than 2 years after that with no luck. Dr. Zheng prescribed herbs and acupuncture for me. She was very detailed, kind and care. I got pregnant 3 months later. I have a 17 year old son now as the result. I'm grateful for Dr. Zheng ever since.
I started going back to Dr. Zheng again 2 months ago, this time for my menopause. When my menopause started half year ago, I had been suffering with anxiety, mood swing, depression and insomnia. I went to my regular doctor and was recommended to see therapist and to take hormone treatment. I didn't want to take the hormone treatment medicine knowing there are too much side effects. Then I remembered Dr. Zheng. So I decided to go to see her for herb treatment instead. I was surprised that Dr. Zheng still remembered me after 18 years. But then it is just her - caring, attentive and kind! Now after 2 months herb treatment, I'm not depressed anymore, my mood swing is gone (ask my husband. I was referred to Dr. Zheng by a previous patient of hers, who was referred to her by another patient and so on. I think most of her busy practice is made up of those types of referrals. It was fortunate for me, but I fear that this referral system leaves so many that can benefit from her care out of luck. That's why I'm doing what I NEVER do and writing a review. I began treatment with Dr. Zheng after having been ill for 2 years, during which I had stopped menstruating for 10 months and then when I finally started again, my cycle returned to being all over the place (the way it had been for most of my life) and since I was already 41, my OB felt that I was going to have a hard time conceiving and shouldn't waste valuable time trying naturally for long.
I decided to delay trying for just a few months to allow my health to improve a bit more, and in that time I went to meet with Dr. Zheng. I am not a trusting person, especially of doctors, traditional or alternative, as many over those 2 years and left me weary. But from the very first time I met her, I trusted Dr. Zheng implicitly. Her integrity and wisdom and kindness are apparent immediately and her patients are her ONLY priority. That is reflected in everything she does down to choosing her wonderful, caring staff.
After only the first month of treatment my cycle began to normalize to the point that instead of considering IVF, I was approved to do just IUI. We conceived on the first try and I am now the grateful mother of a 23 month old boy, and am back on Dr. Zheng's table trying for #2.
At 44, there are obvious challenges, albeit I believe that she will help me again. It's a beautiful thing to sit in her waiting room and speak with all the other women, who had initially been told, for a variety of reasons, that they wouldn't conceive and are now 2, 3, or 6 months into their healthy pregnancies, most naturally. If you even think that you might have a problem with fertility, don't walk, run to her now. It will be the best decision you have EVER made.

I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure at the age of 34 and went through several rounds of mini/natural IVF. A friend who knew I was trying to conceive referred me to Dr. Zeng. By that time, I had saved two embryos and two blastocysts and was about to start my first transfer cycle.
Dr. Zeng's treatment helped me tremendously in my first IVF transfer cycle. Without taking medication (i.e. natural cycle), I usually ovulated before egg matures. My FSH had gone up to 30 and uterus lining was thin after rounds of IVF stim and retrieval. With Dr. Zeng's herbal medicine and acupuncture, I had a matured egg in this transfer cycle, which was retrieved and grown into a high quality D3 embryo and my uterus lining was also good for the transfer.
I had two more transfers after the first successful one and have three beautiful kids now. The IVF medication for thicker uterus lining never worked well on me. Every time, I had to turn to Dr. Zeng for her help, otherwise, my uterus lining would never grow thick enough for a transfer.
I referred one of my friends, who was about to start IVF, to Dr. Zeng. She also liked Dr. Zeng a lot. Her baby girl was born a few days ago! I highly recommend Dr. Zeng's treatment as an option to those struggling with fertility issues.

Dr. Zeng and her team have improved my quality of life significantly in a short period of time. I came into her office recovering from laparoscopic surgery to treat stage 4 endometriosis. I was in debilitating pain. Her team prescribed herbs and did regular cupping/acupuncture. My pain has been reduced immensely and I have gotten my life back. I found Dr. Zeng when I had lost all hope. it was the lowest point in my life. I felt like my lifelong dream to be a mother had been shattered. I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure and severely diminished ovarian reserve. My FSH was 26 and my AMH was 0.05. I was told by 3 of the leading fertility specialists in Manhattan that I should strongly consider donor egg.
This was after I had a miscarriage from an IUI pregnancy and subsequently had a failed IVF cycle because the stimulation drugs shut my system down and I produced zero follicles then didn't get my period for 90 days. Thanks to Dr. Zeng, she built my self esteem and encouraged me to keep persevering. She told me not to listen to the fertility specialists that were saying my only hope was donor egg. She told me to stay positive and keep trying naturally and she believed that I would get pregnant naturally. As I reflect back on my fertility journey, I think of all of the people that I crossed paths with. Dr. Zeng will forever be that one person that I have the utmost gratitude towards. She gave me hope and said what I needed to hear so that I didn't give up on my dream to be a mom.

Without Dr. Zheng, I'm pretty positive I wouldn't have my children! We started trying to conceive approx. 6 years ago when I was 35 with absolutely no luck. Because of my age I sought out fertility testing after 6 months. Basically the result was that I had diminished ovarian reserve, which also causes poor egg quality. Basically I had very few eggs showing up every month and they were supposedly the unfit leftovers from all my child-bearing years.
Three years later we had endured 4 IUIs, 6 failed IVF attempts, 2 fertility doctors and smashed hopes and dreams. After doing a lot of research, I knew more could be done... I felt it. We traveled to NYC to meet Dr. Zheng. Her disposition immediately put me at ease, and attitude is half the battle! I followed her herb regimen religiously and I had my own very experienced acupuncturist follow her point protocol to the T. I also lived an extremely healthy lifestyle, kept stress out of my life and kept my outlook very positive.
After 3 months we tried again... not enough eggs, cycle cancelled. Waited until my cycle... 3 eggs showed up and off we went. We went in for the egg retrieval on Christmas Eve and on Christmas day we waited with bated breath to see if any fertilized... TWO fertilized! On day 3 we went in for transfer and we had 2 giant, Grade A perfect embryos!!!! Unheard of for me! 6 months later, we gave birth to THREE teeny tiny premature baby girls, who are perfect and thriving! Both embryos implanted and one split into identical twins! I thank God that I acted on my instinct to work with Dr. Zheng... she was amazing. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts!!

I know Dr. Zeng and her staff for years. I felt no hope to get pregnant before seeing her. Here is why. I was trying pregnancy for 8 years. I have done 4 IVFs with prestigious IVF centers. I had ectopic from the 1st IVF. The last three attempts all failed. I have several issues, low egg reserve, blocked tubes from the ectopic, endometriosis. Just like many women out there, I was desperate.
I don't understand why it's so easy for others but so hard for me. I was introduced to Dr. Zeng via friend referral. I learnt from her that good egg quality and good uterus lining are the keys to create healthy baby. The Chinese herb can help slowing down aging of the eggs and acupuncture can help the blood flow and lining of the uterus. But it takes time and require patience. Dr. Zeng also recommended Mini IVF for my case because of my past response. I spent three months to eat supplements and drink her herbal tea. When I had IVFs after, I couldn't believe that I had 2 embryos made it to day 5 blastocysts.
This is a miracle! I transferred 1 embryo and delivered my baby boy Max in October 2015. Right now my son is 1 year-old. I cannot say enough thanks to Dr. Zeng.
